From now-on, for all payments made by Bank transfer or Order form, you have to bring with you a proof of this payment and to present it at the welcome desk at your arrival

Group rate for Scientific Laboratories (Discount only applicable for registration fees A, B, C and Tutorials):
Group registration for 5 to 9 delegates, 10% discount
Group registration for 10 or more delegates, 15% discount

Exhibition cost

Visitor Exhibition:
Visitor badge 45€ (Incl. VAT) on presentation of visiting card, on-site payment, one day pass only for the exhibition and coffee breaks

When registering you will be asked which conference you wish to attend.

A - The standard conference registration fee includes:

• access to all the SPACEAPPLI 08, ENC-GNSS 08 and EFTF 08 working sessions

• access to the Toulouse Space Show exhibition

• coffee breaks and lunches

• an invitation to the ‘ice breaker’ on Tuesday 22 April 2008

• an invitation to the Gala Evening on Wednesday 23 April 2008

• the conference satchel

• a bound copy of the presentation abstracts

• a copy of the conference proceedings on a DVD

B - The student/retired registration fee includes:

The same advantages as the standard conference registration fee, except for the Gala Evening on Wednesday 23 April 2008 (for which a ticket can be purchased separately)

If you wish to benefit from the student registration fee, you must send proof of your status (i.e. copy of a valid student card or certificate delivered by your former employer) by fax to +33 (0)5 63 72 30 32 or by email to registration@toulousespaceshow.eu.
Without proof of status at the time of registration, you will not be entitled to the student/retired rate.

C - The day registration fee includes:

• access to all the SPACEAPPLI 08, ENC-GNSS 08 and EFTF 08 working sessions on the day in question

• access to the Toulouse Space Show exhibition on the day in question

• coffee breaks and lunch on the day in question

• the conference satchel

• a bound copy of the presentation abstracts

• a copy of the conference proceedings on a DVD

The purchase of places for the tutorials requires prior registration for the Toulouse Space Show and includes:

• two tutorials: one in the morning and one in the afternoon (Programme available from the 'Programme, Tutorials' page of the website)

• two coffee breaks and lunch on Tuesday 22 April 2008

The purchase of a badge for an accompanying person includes:

• access to the Toulouse Space Show'08 exhibition

• an invitation to the ‘ice breaker’ on Tuesday 22 April 2008

• an invitation to the Gala Evening on Wednesday 23 April 2008

This rate does not provide access to the working sessions

Confirmation of registration

You will receive a copy of your registration application by email.

Confirmation of registration will only be sent by email once payment has been received by CNES.

Cancellation conditions

Any cancellation request must be sent to us by email at registration@toulousespaceshow.eu as soon as possible.

• Cancellation fee: 50 € for any cancellation request received before 24 March 2008

• Reimbursement of 50% for any cancellation request received between 24 March and 13 April 2008

• No reimbursement will be made for any cancellation request received on or after 14 April 2008
